Step 1: Application Screening
Thank you for your details. We will review and if you are a good fit, we will reach out to you for the next step. All candidates may not receive a response if your profile is not a good fit at the moment for us. But, we will keep your details in our records for future reference.
Step 2: Personal Call from Earthveda (20 min)
Our recruiter/person from HR will contact you to discuss your interests and resume. This will be the first screening interview to understand your language skills (communication skill), knowledge about Ayurveda, Herbal supplements and overview of your work experience.
Step 3: In-person Interview
On approval of the first interview, successful candidates will be invited to our in-person interview for the following agenda:
- An overview discussion about the benefits and challenges of the job.
- A face-to-face interview with our senior team members (30–45 mins).
- An Earthveda overview presentation to understand the company.
- A brief discussion about salary, employee commitment, value addition and your vision to join Earthveda.
